The villa has spacious accommodation with garden and communal pool and yet only a short drive to the beach.

This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa; sleeping 6 is situated on a hillside in the Valle del Portet area of Moraira.

This is a super 'family' property with one double room and en-suite bathroom; a twin room with en-suite shower and the additional benefit of a large double bedroom with en-suite shower downstairs, offering extra privacy for additional guests. This bedroom opens out onto the garden. This may be closed off if not required.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Satellite TV offering freeview english channels + Sky sports and a DVD are both available.

Within a short drive is the pretty beach at El Portet, perfectly safe bathing for children of all ages, with a fabulous Spanish restaurant/bar serving traditional paella and sangria.

A 10 minute drive takes you into Moraira with its boutiques, deli's and lovely cafes.
Friday is a must for the local market.
Javea is a 20 minute drive to its spectactular beach and large promenade full of family dining. The famous valleys of Jalon and Orba are all within easy reach.

Notes
All prices are quoted per week includes water,gas and electricity consumption, regular pool cleaning and at the end of the holiday the laundering of linen and towels and the cleaning of the villa.
Beach towels are not included.
An English speaking local representative is available in case of emergencies throughout your stay.
We shall be flexible regarding start dates, but weekly rates are based on Saturday to Saturday.
For short notice bookings we will require the full cost of the rental as soon as possible.

Payment can be accepted in either euros or sterling.

A deposit of 20% is taken when booking and the balance due 6 weeks before arrival date.
