This light, bright and spacious apartment has been built to extremely high standards in a contemporary style. It is generously proportioned with the ultimate in comfort and design. Its airy elegance will make you feel comfortable yet pampered, and the lounge and bedroom lead directly onto the fabulous large terrace with its stunning views.

There are toddlers pools next to the 2 swimming pools.

The kitchen is fully equipped - washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer etc. The built-in oven, microwave, and ceramic hob are ideal if you prefer cooking rather than eating out. The glass cabinets with granite worktops, make this a fabulous modern area.

The comfortable lounge is furnished in a contemporary but elegant style. sofas, a l dining table with seating for 6, satellite TV and DVD.

There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms

Golf at Los Flamingos:
Los Flamingos’ the original of the 3 golf courses provides breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea, Africa and Gibraltar. The Arroyo de Taraje stream passes through the course and ends in a lake which is a natural border to the course. Each of the holes is technically demanding and has hosted the European Seniors Match play and the 2010 Ladies Spanish Open.

The 2nd course ‘Alferini´ is a monster in length, a true championship course which is now the 2015 Solheim Cup, Costa del Sol candidate.

The 3rd course ‘Tramores’ along with its American Golf Academy offers a true executive golf experience for golfers of all standards who wish to improve all aspects of their game.

After your golf experience why not enjoy a nice drink or meal at the exclusive Los Flamingos Golf Club ‘La Cantina’ with its lovely terrace overlooking the course.
