The apartment overlooks a beautifully maintained swimming pool and lovely well kept gardens. The apartment is located up on the 1st floor and access can be gained by either stairs or a lift.

An ideal place for couples and families. The larger town of Torrevieja is just a 15 minute drive by car or taxi and Villamartin with its golf course is just a 10 minute drive. The golfcourses of La Finca, Las Ramblas and Royal Campoamor are also within a 10/15 minute drive.

yes this is a very nice well presented apartment ,the lady who meet us was very nice and showed us where every thing was and how to use the facilities,and left us with a welcom pack,would recomend this apartment and the area to any one cheers,robert/linda
