The flat has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (bubble bath in master bathroom), fully-fitted kitchen with all mod cons, sitting-room dining-room,TV/DVD, Internet,and terrace with views over the marina with sun loungers. Sotogrande is an ideal holiday centre, with 7 golf courses within 15 minutes' drive and another 30 within an hour, and a sailing school. There is a small communal plunge pool, but excellent beaches, cleaned daily, are within minutes' drive. The south beach is 5km long and unspoilt (naturism permitted). High-wind surfing zone at Tarifa. It is great base for trips to Andalucia (Casares, Ronda, Grenada within a day) or Morocco. Excellent shopping, restaurants all within minutes' drive. Motorway connections to Malaga airport (70 mins) and Gibraltar (30 mins)
