Espliego Jardin is a smart, two bedroom apartment located in the prestigious Reserva del Higueron development just 3 kilometres from the drive from the old village of Benalmádena Pueblo with its cobbled streets, white painted houses, bars, restaurants, and places of interest. The nearest beach is only a few minutes drive and has two beach bars. Mijas village is about 20 minutes drive and is world famous as the traditional white Andalusian village. The town of Fuengirola is only a few minutes drive as is Benalmádena Costa with its award-winning marina, with sea trips, live shows, and lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is only 20 minutes from Malaga airport and we can arrange your transfers.
The apartment is next to the large garden and the two swimming pools are spectacular. Additionally the apartment has remote-controlled air conditioning for your comfort. The accommodation comprises a spacious lounge with dining area, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second twin-bedded room, shower room and entrance hallway.
The apartment has its own, secure parking space with remote-controlled access.

Notes
The apartment is rented on a weekly basis with Saturday as the changeover day but in the lower season months we are negotiable on both these points. We can arrange your transfer from and to Malaga airport. We are also negotiable for longer stays. Deposit is paid at booking stage with balance due six weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be by UK cheque or by bank transfer in Pounds or Euros.
