The house is located 5 minutes from the beach and shares a communal pool situated behind the house, which is brilliant when you have young children. The house sleeps 8 people,a double bedroom, twin room , upstairs appartment with double bed and 2 single bedsroom and a further bedroom with bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped with oven,hob,microwave,kettle toaster,washer, dishwasher and fridge, iron etc.There are 3 airconditioning units. A television with free view channels, video and CD player.
Outside has 3 terraces sun loungers table and chairs, barbecue and drive, garden locking gates. You will be greeted on arrival by Debbie and would be able to point you supermarkets etc.

Notes
The old town is over looked by a 14th century medieval castle,which stands on a rocky crag. The castle is surrounded by the old quarter, a labyrinth and narrow streets and houses now containing shops and restaurants.
The resort has beautiful beaches and a long promenade full of restaurants and hotels, catering for families. The surrounding country is known for its orange groves and to the south the Sierra de Irta mountains range.
The town celebrates its local fiesta the second week in September to honour the patron saint of Peniscola. Benicarlos fiesta is the last week in August.
To the south Benicassim has a water park with very good facilities for young children.
To the North, is the theme park, Puerta Ventura owned by Universal studios and a golf course 20minutes drive.
This is a fantastic place for a family holiday.
