Description: |
Oasis de Marbella is an exclusive development ideally situated on the original Golden Mile between Marbella and Puerto Banus.
This beautifully furnished, spacious 3 bed apartment is only a 300 metre walk from beach, a 10 minute seafront walk to Puerto Banus and stunning 35 minute seafront walk to Marbella. Golf Valley (8+ golf courses) nestles behind Oasis de Marbella and is only a 5 min drive away.
The fully furnished 100 sq.m. (1,100 sq ft) apartment accommodates 6 people in complete comfort having marble floors and air conditioning throughout. There are 3 bedrooms; 1 double (with ensuite) and 2 twins with fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening on to the terraces. There are of course two fully fitted bathrooms with underfloor heating providing showers, bath and bidet.
The apartment has all the facilities that you may need including hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, dish washer, iron & board, toaster, coffee maker and Satellite TV including standard UK channels (BBC1-4, ITV, C4, BBC Kids Channel, Sky TV etc).
The complex has a private 500 sq m swimming pool with lifeguard (June - Sept), sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Nearby Puerto Banus has stylish restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops. Marbella Old Town is beautiful, particularly around Orange Square, where there is a selection of lovely shops and superb restaurants.
Local amenities include golf, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, cycling, tennis, walking, jet ski, aqua park, snorkelling, swimming.
For the shopping experience we recommend the fabulous El Corte Inglés department store and hypermarket, less than ten minutes walk away at Puerto Banus. There is also the hypermarket at the La Canada shopping mall located off the N340 approximately 5 minutes drive from the apartment.
One hours drive through the mountains will take you to beautiful Ronda which nestles between two mountains and has spectacular views over the gorges below.
For those wishing to travel a little further we recommend a day trip to, Seville, Granada or Tangiers, Morocco via the ferry which leaves Algeciras (approx 45 mins from our apartment) daily and takes approximately 2 hours.
