The house has seven rooms distributed in three floors and the entire 250m2 has been decorated with style: You will find 7 bedrooms in La Viña: Three marriage rooms, Two double rooms, Two individual rooms and one single room.

On the ground floor there is a hall, a double room, a bathroom, a beautiful dining room, with access to the large garden and the terrace and a living room with plasma screen. On the terrace there is an outdoor-kitchen.

At the first floor there is the open kitchen connected with another dining room with chimney and another living room with fireplace. There are two rooms too (one double and the other one individual) and a bathroom.

At the second floor there are four bedrooms, three of them are doubles and one is individual. Also there are two bathrooms (one of the bathrooms is inside a double room (ensuite)

Outside, with access from the ground floor, there is a lovely, covered terrace with an outdoor-kitchen. In front of the terrace the pool-area is situated, fenced for the safety of small children. Around the house there is great garden with a big lawn. The property is fantastic for kids, as there is a lot of space to explore, but no dangers of any kind.

Notes

The price includes: Taxes and VAT, electricity, heating, water, bed-linen, towels and cleaning at departure.

Deposit: When booking the property, a deposit equal to 40% must be paid within 8 days to secure the booking. By cancellation more than 2 months before arrival, half of the deposit will be refunded. By cancellation less than 2 months before arrival, the deposit is not refunded.

Remaining payment: The remaining amount is to be paid to the property-owner when you arrive.
