De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt op loopafstand van winkels, barretjes, restaurants en strand.
Het openbaar vervoer is goed geregeld, men kan de bus nemen, taxi's.Tevens kan men de boot nemen naar verscheidene plaatsen.
Voor kleine kinderen is er een kinderspeelplaats bij het strand. Cala Llonga heeft de "blauwe vlag" gekregen d.w.z. veilig en schoon strand en schoon zeewater. De enige golfbaan op het eiland ligt op 3 min. gezellige stadje St.Eulalia op 5 min. rijden. Ibiza-stad 10 min. rijden
