25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

Deposits must be received within 4 working days to secure your booking. We will send you a receipt, upon cleared funds where received.
Directions and information on the apartment will be mailed separately, once the final balance has been paid.

A security deposit of Euro 200,00 is paid at arrival and returned when the keys are handed back, subject to any damages or breakages to the apartment.
Deposit, Final Balance and full payment can be made:
EUR transfer to our bank account. IBAN No. will given together with the booking form.
The owners will not be held liable for travel cancellations or delays, or for theft, damage to personal property, personal injury or losses of any kind during your stay.
Check-in/out:
Weekends, but flexible outside peak season.
Check-in 3pm and check-out 10.30am, however we maybe flexible on times, if there are no back to back bookings.
Notes on prices: Prices are for the apartment per week, not per person.
