"Villa Santa Maria" is located on Al Andalus II, La Florida. The house is accessed via a tiled tiled garden area with bar-b-q chiminea to a glazed enclosed porch, consists of lounge/dining area , fitted kitchen, twin bedded room and shower room inc toilet.

First floor consists of two double bedrooms, one with patio access to terrace, and shower room.
Second floor has access to large roof solarium.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you are welcome to smoke on the terraces.

Suitability - Children welcome unsuitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessable. NO PETS
As house is based on three floors children will need supervision on the stairs as there is only one stair gate.
Child's Travel Cot & Buggy are available for Hire.

We can arrange for Airport Transfers from both Alicante and San Javier (Murcia) airports.

"Why Torrevieja", a 10 minute drive away. It is the only all-year town along the coast between the major cities of Alicante and Cartegena. With the many shops, parks, the Salt museum, International Marina and newly refurbished sea front promenade,the town attracts many visitors every evening on the Promenade, where there are Market Stalls selling all manner of Clothes, Gifts and Ornament.

Spanish people holiday in the area which has a beneficial effect of keeping prices down. The area enjoys the best climate in Spain with in excess of 300 days sunshine per year. In fact the Torrevieja region is rated by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places to live. This is due in part to the sunshine, but also with the close proximity of two huge salt lakes, which you pass travelling from Alicante. The lakes are a haven for a variety of sea birds along with a resident population of flamingoes. In Torrevieja, every Friday, the largest outdoor street market in Southern Spain is held.

For the Golfer, there are 3 courses (including Villa Martin, Real Golf Club) approx 15 minutes drive. Other courses include Las Ramblas of Orihuela Golf Club/Quesada and El Plantio.

Notes
Deposit of £75 per week required to confirm booking(non-refundable)along with completion of Rental Contract.
The balance, including additional £125 (refundable) damage/key deposit, is required 8 weeks before arrival. Failure to complete the balance payment will result in the loss of deposit. The damage/key deposit is refundable on agents inspection & confirmation along with the return of property keys. A cleaning fee of 65 euros for parties of upto 4 people, over 4 people 85 euro's, is payable to our agent on arrival.
CANCELLATION REFUNDS
Up to 8 weeks before Arrival date, no charges (deposit non-refundable)
4 - 8 weeks before arrival date 50% of Rental cost refunded,(deposit non-refundable)

2 - 4 weeks before arrival date 25% of Rental cost refunded (deposit non-refundable)

Under 2 weeks before arrival, NO REFUND
