At only 25 minutes from Barcelona, you'll find this modern villa, located in a residential area just above Mataró. Close to the large shopping centre 'Mataró Park'.

Private swimming pool, very large garden of 3000 m2, ping pong table and basketball net. Great for kids!
It is an ideal holiday villa to combine a city trip and a beach break. After spending a long day in Barcelona, you will be able to relax in this quiet villa with private swimming pool.

Modern villa with lots of light, views to the sea and mountains. Various terraces.
At ground level there is a cosy living room with fire place, flat screen TV with DVD. Design fully equipped kitchen, with access to terrace with exterior dining table.
Separate toilet and the master bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom and exit to the balcony.
One level down there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all with access to the terrace and pool area. On the top floor there is a large office/guest room with a double bed, en suite bathroom and access to the roof terrace.
Closed private parking on the property.

Optional air-conditioning in this high quality villa.

For a fee you can enter the nearby tennis club with large pool and play grounds for the children.

The distance to the beach in Mataro is 7 minutes by car. Barcelona is only 20 minutes away.
