Beautiful modern villa located in the quiet residential area of Mas Mora, between Blanes and Tordera. To get to the beaches of Blanes is only a 10 minute drive. Good access to the motorway to Barcelona and Girona.

Villa Olimpia has a modern interior with a lot of light. From the living room and the fully equipped kitchen you have direct access to the terrace, garden and private swimming pool. Separate toilet.
On this floor one double bedroom with exit to the terrace and garden. Bathroom en-suite.

On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with access to the balcony,.
2 bathrooms (one en-suite).
On the top floor there's one double bedroom with panoramic window.

Very nice views, sun loungers at the pool and the garden guarantee an unforgettable stay. The villa has private parking space, and plenty of parking available on the quiet street.

Shopping and restaurants in Blanes and Tordera are close by and can be easily reached by car.
