Welcome to Apartamento Aloha!

Our apartment overlooks tranquil golf courses, mountains and the coastline. It is unique within the area as it is top floor and elevated above all other urbanisations and positioned so that the fantastic view is not spoilt by having another block in front of it, nor is it looked onto so you have total privacy. The complex boasts tropical gardens with three uncrowded swimming and paddling pools.

Location is ideal for easy access to all local attractions; The world famous Puerto Banus marina, Plaza beach, bullring, designer shops, amazing restaurants and the Saturday market are all just a short walk away. Puerto Banus also offers an unbeatable night life for all ages. Marbella town centre is 4km away, which is just a ten minute drive by car, and Gibraltar and the white villages, such as Ronda, are all easily accessible. Alternatively there is the zoo at Fuengurola or sealife centre at Benalmadena.

After your lovely day you can unwind on the main balcony enjoying the views (actual photo below) or take a dip in one of the pools (secure and gated, so ideal for children).

Notes
Our air-conditioned apartment has a living/dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (both en-suite), a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and three sun-drenched terraces.

The spacious dining and living area has comfortable reclining leather sofas, table and chairs and occasional furniture plus a flat-screen HDTV, Sky TV with basic UK channels (you can bring your own Sky card), DVD player and a CD stereo. From here are two patio doors which lead out to the main balcony where the views are, which is an ideal seating and eating area. One of the shared swimming pools can be viewed directly below the property.

The top-floor master bedroom has a double bed and a fully equipped en-suite bathroom along with full-width fitted wardrobes. The patio doors lead to a terrace that has two sun loungers and chairs for fully private sunbathing. This is a real sun trap!

The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be pushed together if required) plus fitted wardrobes, and an adjacent family bathroom. There is a small balcony with table and chairs through the patio doors.

Our property perfectly accommodates 4-6 adults (and/or 1 or 2 young children). If your proposed party is larger than 4 please contact me to discuss sleeping arrangements to ensure that your stay is a comfortable one.

Free secure car parking at the property is accessible through electric gates and is immediately underneath the apartment building (no problems with getting any shopping in). There is also free on-street parking if you prefer. The apartment has elevator access.

Sporting facilities nearby include tennis courts, water sports, fishing charters and numerous golf courses (including a 24 hour course).

Notes
Booking dates and length of stay are flexible. Please do not hesitate to ask… it’s your holiday! Long term rentals may be available on request.

Arrival and departure times are 11:00 and 16:00 respectively. Please contact if you would like to make alternative arrangements.

On reservation a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The outstanding balance plus damage deposit is to be paid eight weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within eight week of arrival, full payment plus damage deposit is required within three working days (or as agreed).

Bank transfer, cheque, cash (UK bookings) and PayPal are all accepted payment methods. PayPal payments are subject to a 2.5% handling fee. Conversation rate is €1.3 : £1.

Damage deposits will be returned by preferred method within 21 days of departure following inspection and return of keys. In the unlikely event that on arrival you have any concerns, please contact us by telephone or email immediately.

Cleaning is included in the price and is compulsory. A complimentary mid-stay clean is available for stays of 10 nights or more. Please advise at time of booking if you wish to make use of this.

We supply bed linen and indoor towels. Please use your own beach towels.
