The accommodation is built on 2 independent floors with access by outside stairs and present a livable surface of approx. 250 m ².
Ground floor : (2 different accesses, 1st by staircase and the other one by a single step towards the parking lot). Lounge/dining-room with Tv Sat (languages : French, English, Spanish and German) giving access to the open terrace and to the terrace of the swimming pool. Independent kitchen with gas burner, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee machine. 1 bathroom with shower, toilets and washbasin. Bedroom 1: with 2 individual beds. Bedroom 2: with 2 individual beds. Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed. 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilets and washbasin.
1st floor: (reaches by external staircase there). Terrace opened with views to the sea. Lounge/dining-room with Tv Sat. Independent kitchen with gas burner, oven, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine and fridge-freezer. 1 bathroom with shower, toilets and washbasin. Bedroom 4: with 2 individual beds. Bedroom 5: with 2 individual beds. Bedroom 6: with 1 double bed. 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilets, washbasin and bidet.
Outside: plot partly gardened Plot with trees. Big swimming pool with dimensions 9x5m with aluminium staircase, outside shower and BBQ of masonry. Parking for 4 cars and 1 closed garage for 1 car where is the washing machine.
Distances : A short distance permite you to get access to the Sandy Beach (La Fustera 800 m), restaurants, pub, supermarket (0,6 km), also Sandy beaches to Paseo Maritimo (3,5 km) and to the center of the town of Calpe.

nice place

Very nice place to stay with a group of friends or families. Quiet area with supermarket and small beach at walking distance, as well as one or two restaurants. The house is well outside of Calpe, so a car is necessary to get around. The house was clean and tidy, but upon arrival we did find a few cockroaches (which luckily didn't bother us anymore after some spraying). Large outdoors area with enough chairs and tables for 12 people, nice bbq area and clean pool. Kitchen has all amenities like dishwasher, oven, microwave and large fridges The owners were helpful and friendly. We arrived at midnight and they picked us up, although they do charge extra for that. All in all we had a very nice stay here, and I would definitely come back here!
