The villa upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 being the totally re-fitted ensuite.
The kitchen and utility room are newly built and equiped.
A large lounge/Dining Room has doors to equally large Sun Room that has views over the garden, the valley and ranges of mountains beyond. There are also doors to the breakfast terrace with outside stairs down to the garden level accomodation that is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with walk - in shower.

Ceiling fans upstairs, free standing ones, downstairs.

Outside there are substantial gardens including many palm trees, a large lawn area, an enormous sun terrace around the 10 x 5 meter pool.
Whilst in the pool,(which now has easy access, Roman Steps for this summer), on the sun loungers or sitting at the bar of the Barbeque house you will have a fantastic view of the spectacular Montgo mountain which seems almost within touching distance !
The BBQ house has a fridge, filter coffee machine, kettle and sink and cold water tap.

Several sets of tables and chairs around the grounds plus loungers for 10.

There is an electronic darts board in the Sun Room with a basketball net, new table tennis table,Concept 2 rowing machine,buckets and spades, boules,bats and balls, beach parasols .

An excellently stocked local supermarket/butchers, is just 100 meters away. While there are 4 restaurants within 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk, although we find it just as easy to stay in the car and enjoy the many and varied dining options that are found only 5 minutes drive to Javea old town or even 15 to the atmospheric port or beach areas.
The attractive bustling town of Denia, with its ferry service to Ibiza and Mallorca, is only a 15 minute drive from the villa in the other direction.
