The Appartment has two large bedrooms and is situated on the prestigious Real Campoamor Golf Club giving you many amenities including Clubhouse, Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Security and banks. It is situated near the coast just 10 minutes drives from the sandy beaches of the Costa Calida, there is also a local bus going to the beach every hour. 5 minutes walk to the newly opened "La Fuente" plaza with fantastic restaurants and bars. There is a large Mercadonna supermarket and a couple of smaller (english) supermarkets all within walking distance.

Cities of Torrevieja and Cartegana are 30 minutes away, both with large shopping centres indoor and outdoors.

Alicante airport 50 min and Murcia(San Javier) 20 minutes.

3 Golf courses in the Area, One on your doorstep Campoamor, Villa Martin and Las Ramblas.

We have a Homeservice bureau who looks after our property, so there is always someone there if you need help or have any questions when you are there.
