Close enough to Sitges and Vilafranca for trips and enjoying the best of all worlds. The house is over 3 floors and offers 6 large bedrooms and bathrooms. Large well equipped kitchen. Private garage for 4 cars, driveway, gardens, (optional retractable)covered heated large swimming pool. 2 salons. Central heating, open fires, fully air-conditioned. Great entertaining space.

Set in an acre of grounds the house is 750sq metres (7000sq feet)of solid building. Orchards, fruit trees, pond etc etc
MINIMUM STAY IS 5 NIGHTS mid-June to mid-September and 3 nights at other times

"Located in the beautiful countryside above Sitges (8kms away with Barcelona only 30 kms) It would be difficult to overstate the quality of this house for comfort and grandeur. It retains an easy living and relaxed feel while providing every level of comfort. The house offers 700sq metres of accommodation and is set in almost 3450sq metres of private grounds. Designed and built for a by-gone age but actually only completed end-March 2006 with all the latest and desirable quality furnishings, fixture and fittings. "Very many thanks for letting us rent this really superb gem of a villa which we would liike to keep a secret but I guess will get to be better known and valued. The space, setting and comfort level is truly impressive. Very comfortable beds and 3 lounges allowed us to separate and pursue different interests and then get together around the pool and gardens.
