Perfect for the summer and for the winter. The bungalow is very close to San Juan Beach, only 2,5 km. 6 km to the Alicante city, 25 to Benidorn and 25 to Elche which is UNESCO World Heritage City because of its Palmeral (the biggest European landscape of groves Palms). You can access to all these cities and more, by motorway.
In addittion, there is a Hospital, the University and a big Shopping Centre very close, around 1 km far away.
San Juan Beach: Nice and fantastic seven-kilometre-long sand Beach only 5 min far away by car. San Juan beach is a long, open beach about 7 kilometres in length and with an average width of 85 meters. The beach corresponds to the two municipalities of Alicante and El Campello, but is part of the town of San Juan.

There are many facilities at the beach, including showers, volleyball nets, beach bars (chiringitus), pedal boat hire, parking, children's playground, etc. There are dozens of restaurants lined all along the promenade, allowing beach goers to not only spend the day on San Juan Beach, but also to enjoy some gastronomy of the Costa Blanca.
There is also a golf course located about 5 minutes from the beach, Alicante Golf.
Appart for Benidorm, Denia, Altea, Calpe, very turistic villages with nice beaches you can visit the mountains villages of Alicante considered as one of the most mountainous provinces in Spain and as Europe’s premier winter sun rock venue, with a great climate, cheap flights and enough high quality climbing to last a Lifetime.

How to arrive?
From the Alicante airport:
Motorway A-7 direction Valencia. Follow the motorway until you arrive to a tunnel of 2 km and right after, around 100 metres you should go out for the exit called. “Sant Joan d'Alacant-El Campello-Xixona-Mutxamel”. Then, you should take the entrance called: Sant Joan d'Alacant, and finally 900 metres later at the first Light turn right.
