Sleeps 11 (5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms) - Villa Suria is a strikingly attractive Ibizan style villa nestling in the rolling hills of Can Suria and only a 12-minutes drive along the beautiful valley road to Sitges and beaches. The villa offers 180sqm of living space designed in a classic Mediterranean style with cool terracota tiled floors, whitewashed walls and arches.

The villa features a good sized private pool with large sunbathing area which enjoys extensive views over the surrounding hills. The villa also features a multi gym in the garage.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house plus an additional 1 bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and bathroom in a seperate suite adjacent to the pool area. All of the rooms in the villa are spacious, light and airy.

The lounge, dining area and kitchen are layed out in a bright and airy open plan design. The lounge area is large and comfortably furnished with an open fireplace.

Additional information about rental rates

* To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Payment is to made in full for bookings made within 6 weeks of date of travel. Payments accepted through bank transfer.
* A damage deposit of €700 is payable by bank transfer prior to your arrival. This damage deposit protects against accidental breakages, telephone, central heating and any other services which cost extra as detailed in the property description. The damage deposit will be returned within 7 days following departure if everything is in order.
A cleaning fee of €100 is to be paid in cash on arrival.
