This large 3 bed 2 bath roomed villa is set in a walled garden on a large plot south facing for all day sun with private pool and gardens in the area of La Escuera , La Marina .
The villa gated and enclosed by a high wall for your privacy.
8 x 4 private pool with roman access steps and out side shower with terrace The villa is situated for all year round sun .
Master bedroom with large double bed and large wardrobes A/C hot / cold leading to on suit with shower WC and sink/
Second double bedroom with large wardrobes A/C hot and cold.
The third bedroom has two single beds wardrobes A/C hot and cold.
There is a large family bathroom with bath shower and sink WC.
The large kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs miro wave,kettal,toaster full oven and hob fridge/freezer etc etc.
The seperate utility room houses the washer iron and board
Separate dinning room for indoor eating seating for six.
The large lounge has an attractive fireplace,flat screen tv,DVD and English sat TV
With 3 and 2 seater sofa`s and arm chair seating 6 persons and A/C hot/cold
Cars can access the villa through large gates with parking on the drive for approx 2 -3 cars.
The villa has very spacious outdoor areas for you to relax on including the terrace around the pool you will find table and chairs with BBQ area and sun loungers for your use.
Up on the top patio is another table and chairs seating six .
Terrace`s for all day sun and shaded areas for those who need it.
Linen towels and tea towels are supplied but please bring you own pool beach towel.
La Marina is located approx 15 -20 mins drive south of Alicante.
There is a large Urbanistation and every thing that you could possibly need to make your stay here enjoyable is within reach at a nearby location.
The Blue Flag La Marina beach is just down the road with its natural sand dunes and there is always space to spead out on miles of golden sandy beaches.
Monday and Sunday are markets days and can be found adacent to the Eurosport Centre.
Close to all amenites ,shops bars newsagents, super markets, medical centre,denist, chemist banks etc restaurants with English and Inernational Cuisine approx 10 - 20 mins walk or a 1 - 2 mins drive away.
At Bluesky internet cafe you can keep in touch with friends and keep in touch with work here you can also send and receive faxes photo copy etc use the internet or a port for your own laptop there is also a private room for internet banking.
A 3 mins car drive or a 30 - 40 mins walk is the Blue Flag beaches of La Marina with a 5km stretch of sandy coastline her you will find a large restuarant and a beach bar and water sports to enjoy.
A short drive away is a Aqua Park which is great for the famliy.A Zoo can be found by way of a 30 mins car drive with go karts etc.
Terra Mitica a theme park is about an hours drive away and worth a visit for a fun family day out.
There are many golf course`s in the area to keep keen golfers busy including
Golf Rojales,Las Ramblas,Compoamar,Villa Martin and La Manga just a 45 mins car drive away.
The villa can be reached by a 20 mins car drive from Alicante Airport.A cheap local bus service runs from La Marina to all the local towns and markets and to the beach in summer times.
Taxis to and from the Airport and car hire can be arranged .Our English Management company are on hand through out your stay for any help you may need.
