This villa is located on the border between Benissa and Moraira, in a tourist area close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Ideally located for those who want some movement around him but on a quiet, private place to stay. Around the house is a lush Mediterranean garden with palms and cozy corners. Behind the house is an indoor swimming pool during the warmer periods, it offers a nice refreshment. The house itself has a nice terrace where you can have breakfast or relax, a separate kitchen with all amenities, a spacious lounge with dining area and 2 further bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and the room is on the first floor, accessible from a door. Upstairs in the bedroom is also a sofa bed and a bathroom. Ideal for those who want some private. At the top there is a large roof terrace with undisturbed sunbathing.
The villa is equipped with all necessary amenities and has plenty to offer a pleasant and carefree holiday at the coast. You are there just 1 km from the shingle beach Baladrar, 3 min drive from the main beach of Moraira.
Moraira has a lot to offer any time of year, beach, sun and sea, restaurants and bars, shops, etc.
