This luxury villa is located close to the beach at 400 metres; a 10-minute walk or 2 minutes by car!
You enter this lovely villa at the top-floor. From here you have access to the large private roof-terrace and fabulous Mediterranean views.
One level down you'll find the hall with toilet, the nicely decorated living room with fireplace, flat screen TV, home cinema, satellite and DVD. The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Separate wash room with washing machine, iron and iron board and addtional storage.

The covered balcony has modern furniture and a cosy lounge set for a relaxing glass of wine in the afternoon. Always that incredible sea view!
One level down you will find a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite, built-in closets, and a separate area with a couch that can convert into a single bed.
A triple bedroom with built-in closets, bathroom en-suite and a twin-bedded room with built-in closets and a bathroom en-suite.
The master bedroom and twin-bedded room have direct access to the adjacent terrace.

A few steps down you reach the swimming pool (8x4 meters.) and another terrace with sun-loungers. At pool level is also located the independent appartment with living area and sofa-bed, equipped kitchen, twin bedded bedroom and bathroom with bathtub.

All bedrooms have wall-fans.
The pool is semi salted, this means soft water, no chlorine and no red eyes! Private parking space for 2 cars and ample car park in the quiet street.
