Notes
The renting will be effective after signature of the contract and payment of the instalment and a security deposit of 250 €. The payment of the rest of the renting is payable before entering in the appartment.
At the end of the renting period, the appartment will be cleaned by a professional.
For cleaning and the use of electricity the amount of 50 € per renting will be paid.
For renting in the summer (July and August), please note that an amount of 30 € will be asked for the use of air conditioning.
The rate is including linen, towels and bathroom amenities.
Check and creditcards non accepted
Special rate for long period (3 months). For long period during the winter, electric counter will be read when entering and when leaving for the use of electricity (0.2 €/KW)

March 2012 at Miramar

This apartment up a steep and winding road from the sea front is very charming with a lovely terrace overlooking the hillsides beyond and the town and also a partial sea-view. Very quiet in March with sun in the morning until midday or so, when it loses the sun and becomes cool on the terrace. A car is useful unless you want to get into shape walking down and up the hill, which I managed to do!
