Beautiful villa for rent in Andalucia, which has the best climate in Europe,with a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius in winter and 25 degrees in summer, allowing for year round enjoyment of the nearby golf cource and the various beaches
spread over 19 km of coastline.
The villa is situated 220 m above sea level with a stunning view over the Mediterranean and surrounding mountains and the medieval and very charming unspoilt town of Almuñecar.
The villa has a very large living room approx. 60m2. 42" flat screen, DVD, radio, surround system and the ability to watch more than 100 channels, including Denmark, internet access and free phone for most of Europe.
From the lounge there is access to 2 terraces, offering a unique view both east and west.
There are sun from rising to the crashes.
The entrance is a large dining room with seating for 12 peoples.
There is a large kitchen with granite counter top, double fridge, electric oven, touch control hob, microwave,juicer, all in electrical machines and dishwasher. There is a dining area in the kitchen. The kitchen is conveniently located next to the large covered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining.
There is also a outdoor Weber-grill.
Next to the laundry room is a toilet.
The utility room has a washer, dryer, iron and board.
At first floor are 2 bedrooms, each around 22 m2 with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has 2 elevation beds, and a luxurios bath with romantic jacuzzi for 2. In connection to master bedroom is a furnished terrace with a beautiful view over the city and the Mediterranean.
To the left of the dining room there are 2 large bedrooms,arranged with leather furnitures and double beds and 2 bathrooms, 1 smaal bedroom with a king size bed. 1 kitchen with gas cooker, washing machine and this part of the house is like a little flat of your own.
From every room there are magnificent views over the city and the Mediterranean.
There is also a large garden on ground floor with palms, rubber tree, orange- lemon and fig trees.
There is a fantastic private pool area with pots filled with flowers and palm trees. The pool terrace is completely with sun from morning until dawn, so one can sit in the pool area watch the sun rise and go down. The pool is 60 m2. There are sunbeds and sofas in the pool-area. There is also a little garden in connection with the pool area.
There is room for 6 cars or more on the house ground.
The house is by car, 5 min. from the charming town of Almuñecar, which is the prettiest old town in southern Spain with its winding, narrow streets and magnificent Moorish castle perched on the hill. There are many beaches in Almuñecar, around 10 km.
Likewise is the house "on the country" and you have easy access to hiking in the mountains.
Granada, with the Alhambra Palace are only 45 min. away, Malaga 1 hour, and Nerja 20 min.
In winter time you can go skiing in Sierre Nevade 1 1/2 hour away.
