Las Carmenes is a villa for 6-7 people located 150 meters from the beach which gives its name to the village, close to the beaches of "Puntalejos", "del aceite" and the fishing port of Cape Roche.

The area offers many services such as restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets in easy walking distance to meet the needs of guests who choose to enjoy their holidays in this house.

Guests can enjoy the amenities and services offered by the centre of Conil less than 1.5 km away, with all kind of tourist facilities: restaurants, ice cream parlours, bars ... etc.

The villa has a garden of 1,500 m. landscaped with many trees and a large lawn so that you can enjoy sunbathing by the 12-metre long pool. It is also equipped with several parking spaces and a garage.

You can opt for morning breakfast in the spacious front porch with pool views. There is a terrace at the rear, both inside and outside in which there is installed a garden barbecue with all the necessary amenities.
There is a spacious living room with a great view, three double rooms which accommodate 6 persons on the ground floor plus a loft on the top floor for a seventh, and two bathrooms for the comfort of the residents.

Peaceful and calm holidays guaranteeed in las carmenes.

Accommodation services are provided with bed linen and bath, all kitchen utensils, and of course house cleaning service, pool maintenance and landscaping service. Every thought given for the comfort and enjoyment of the tenants.

The villa is ready for 6 people and using an extra bed will increment the final budget in 60 €.

To reserve the 50% of the total budget shall be paid by bank transfer. The remaining 50% will be delivered in the delivery of keys along the deposit fee.
The deposit will be fully returned at the cessation of rent as long as the Villa and its facilities have not suffered any damage.
