The villa has a living room with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with separate washing cabinet. Toilet. Direct access to the terrace and private garden with sunning area.
On the first floor master bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom. 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 2nd bathroom with bath/shower.
Second, covered terrace. Parking and private parking space in front of the house.

Very large community pool with fabulous sea view. Sunning areas, terraces, kids playground and basketball field.

Nice villa in quiet area. The beach is at 700mtrs, a 10 minute walk down, 20 minutes walk up.
