Welcome in your beautiful 125 sq/meter historic fishermans' home, completely revamped with all modern conveniences in 2010. Set in the heart of Valencia in between the historic city center, Americas cup, The formula one track, and the lush beaches of Malvarosa!

A very private three story house newly reformed” to luxury northern european standards” with all the comforts to make you have the trip of a lifetime. |Very best location at only 500 meters from the beach and 100 from the americas cup pavilion.

The house is one surrounded by some of Valencias best resturants and clubs are to be found at a ten minute walk. Valencia's best restaurants Casa Montana and Casa Guilermo are two historic bodegas steeped in the history of the maritim Valencia, serving renouned local tapas and wines and frequented by celeberties the world over. Both located one block from the house and for the seafood lovers Casa Pepica which was once the hang out of seafood lover Ernest Hemingway and his buddy Orsen Wells along with 40 other faboulous resturants and bars sit only minutes from your door on the Valencia boardwalk.

The tram is one block from your door, taking you to the historical center in 15 minutes (runs until the early morning). The comfortable house sleeps up to six people very comfortably with 2 bed, and 2 and a half large modern bathrooms, including an outdoor shower for after the beach.

The Metro takes you from the Airport straight to your tram stop one block from the house. A taxi from the airport is less than 20 euro's.
