Description: |
A well appointed one bedroom apartment available for holiday rental at Puerto del Carmen, the main resort on the island of Lanzarote. The complex is probably one of the most well established complexes in Puerto del Carmen. The apartment is in a quiet but central position close to the ’old town’ and the picturesque fishing harbour, it is on the first floor and has a balcony with sea view. The main promenade with its variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants is within a few minutes walk. The apartment has a communal swimming pool which is heated in the cooler months.
The apartment is suitable for two persons It consists of a comfortably furnished living room, bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen area has a full size gas cooker, a fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. All cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery are of course provided. The bedroom has twin beds.
The bathroom has a bath and shower. An hair dryer is also provided.
There is a weekly maid service when the apartment is cleaned and sheets and towels are changed.
Should you decide to hire a car, so that you could explore the island properly, there is adequate parking space at the complex.
The usual changeover day in Lanzarote is Thursday so that we usually take bookings from Thursday to Thursday.
