This three storey townhouse situated just 500 m from the most beautiful blue flag sandy beach of Playa Flamenca is the ideal accommodation for your beach holiday.

You also have access to a lovely communal swimming pool.

The accommodation offers a modern lounge and dining area with TV (Norwegian, Danish, Swedish and English channels), PC with high speed wi-fi internet, a fully equipped american kitchen with utility space, air-condition unit and WC on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms and one full family fitted bathroom. A master bedroom and terrace are on the second floor. Additional items in the house are fridge, refrigerator, washing machine, disk washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.


Within a few hundre metres you will find a supermarket, bars, and restaurants.

About 40 km from Alicante airport and 25 km from Murcia airport.
