Large summervilla for 14 people with private pool close to a sandy beach. This villa is ideal for families or large groups. It has been completely renovated and it’s equipped with air conditioner and internet. This villa is situated in the area Caleta, close to the large sandy beach Levante with promenade, supermarkets and restaurants. The plot has approximadetly 800 m² has garden and is completely enclosed. The living area is 250 m² on 2 floors.

Main floor: (access by stairs). Living-dining room with bar, sat-tv/tdt and air conditioner, access to the covered terrace, barbecue area and the pool. Separate kitchen, completely equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, other utensils for the kitchen and air conditioner. 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioner. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioner and bathroom en suite with shower, wc and washbasin.

Upper floor: (Access by stairs outside and inside) 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioner. 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioner. 1 bathroom with bathtub, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioner and views to the pool. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioner. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioner. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin en suite.
External: large pool of 10x5 m with built-in stairs, shower and enclosed for to protect children. It is a heated pool but only in winter and spring (not in the summer). Covered barbecue area. Closed garage for 3 cars.
Only 300m from the sandy beach “La Calaga”, 600m from the large sandy beach “Levante”, 2,6 km to the town centre Calpe and 200m to the supermarket “Mercadona”.

It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90€ per stay. Dogs with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30€ per stay.
