It is a traditional Ibizan Style house with garden and swimming pool and views of the sea.

MontGavina Villa shares the land with another house where the owners live. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 single, sleeping 5 people, and 1 bathoom upstairs, with 2 of the bedrooms having access to the spacious and stunning terrace where you can see the sea and the surrounding urbanisation. On the first floor there is a complete kitchen and living room, with TV and DVD. Internet access is also available in the garden.

The living room gives access to the garden and patio, where you can relax under the shade of the trees or enjoy the sun by the pool. There is also an outside BBQ which you can use in the garden. Around the pool there are sun loungers to sunbathe on, and patio furniture for al fresco dining.
There is street parking and the road by the Villa is very quiet, like the urbanisation.

There is also another house on the same plot of land, which is available to rent if you have a bigger party. The other house will never be rented at the same time as MontGavina Villa, only if it one big group or 2 families who wish to holiday together. The second Villa is in the same Ibizan style as the first and has bedroom, sleeping 4 people, and 1 bathroom, all on one floor. If you are interested in renting both Villas together, please contact us for more information.

The Villa can be cleaned daily by the on-site cleaner at an extra cost, who can also babysit during your stay at the Villa also for an extra fee. If you want an ´adults only´ night in Sitges, you can, and feel rest-assured that your children are safe. More information is available about babysitting duties on request.

This Villa is located away from the hustle and bustle and perfect for a summer getaway with family or friends.

Stay in Sitges

The place We stayed in was great, and so was the hospitality! Thanks to Liz, Katie,Mark and most of all Joseh the owner and his wife for making us so welcome, we felt very much at home, time went by fast. Sorry we could not say goodbye to everyone due to early departure on the 21st May God bless you all, great team work and hospitality Would certainly recommend others to stay here.
