The appartment has one double bedroom with two single beds, 1 fully equipped bathroom, a dressing room, living room with an open-plan kitchen, sofa bed where two can sleep, ADSL/ WIFI, DVD, Ipod/ Iphone stereo & 32'' LCD TV.

It also has a nice terrace, ideal for having breakfast, eating or dining. The views from the terrace are to the mountain, not to the sea.

It includes bathroom towels (not beach towels) and bed linen. The complex has a very nice shared pool and garden sheltered from Levante winds.

I have just finished furnishing it at the end of July 2010, so everything is brand new. The appartment is conveniently located in front of a large and well prized supermarket (Mercadona), new kite and winsurf gear and clothing stores and the 'Café del Mar' restaurant & nightclub.

The beach by the appartment, called 'Playa de los Lances', is 150 meters away and the old part of town is 1.500 meters away too, so it's like a 15 minutes walk.

Notes
The rental includes all what's needed in an appartment: water, electricity, internet, bath towels (no beach towels), bedroom sheets and a fully equipped kitchen, in addition to an underground garage and equipment warehouse.

The Security Deposit is paid in cash when you pick up the keys on your arrival to Tarifa and it will be returned to you as you leave the appartment, after checking that it’s left on perfect condition, i.e. dishes should be clean and in its place, the refrigerator without food and emptied the trash.

Check in/ Check out: The entrance time on the arrival day is 17 hrs and on the final day the appartment has to be left by noon. The key pickup time if Monday through Friday from 10hrs to 14hrs and from 17hrs to 20:30hrs, and Saturdays from 10:30hrs to 14hrs. Picking up the keys outside of this schedule has a 30€ supplement.

To make a reservation you would need to make a deposit of 20% of the rental price, that can be done via bank transfer or Paypal (credit card payment- quick, cheap, easy and no need to register with Paypal), as you wish. The remaining 80% can be paid between the reservation until you are in Tarifa.
