The most recently completed complex in Duquesa on the beach front within genuine walking distance of both the marina and the old town with a wide selection of cafes, restaurants and shops. Lovely views across to the castle, Roman ruins and sea. Underground (cool) secure parking space allocated, 24 hour security presence and safe in apartment with large pool and sauna. Very high specification throughout apartments with Siemens kitchen appliances, jacuzzi bath double basins and de-mist mirrors in master bathroom, home automation system, air conditioning/heating, heated towel rails, flat-screen TV with SKY TV (free to air digital channels). Because of location and facilities this apartment is ideal for a holiday at any time of year and no need to hire a car. The apartment is on the ground floor. Private balcony with table and 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. Easy walk along the beach front past Duquesa to larger town at Sabinillas for more shops and restaurants.

Notes
Payment can be in either pounds or euros. Payment can be made by PayPal. Refundable damage deposit will be refunded in full (subject to post-departure check) within 14 days of your return.

Arrivals after 3pm and departure time by 10am please.

Linen and bath & hand towels are all provided. Please state at booking if you would also like beach towels, high chair or cot, use of safe(at no extra cost) or dial-up internet connection (please bring a laptop).

Please enquire for long stay rates of 15 days or more. Great offers for long term winter sun lets.

Changeover days are flexible. Minimum stay is 5 days and nightly rates are calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Please note the apartment wiwll always have supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, kitchen roll, bin bags, washing up liquid, soap and detergent to last you at least the first few days of your holiday.

Please note the apartments are not available for most of June, July and August as we use the apartment ourselves as we love the apartment facilities and location.
