Nice summervilla for 8 persons with private pool (9x4,5m) at the coast of Benissa in the area La Fustera, close to the beach, the supermarket and the restaurants. This villa is arranged on 2 floors and it has a large plot of 1100 m² completely enclosed, partly with garden with nice palms and cypresses and with parking for 4-5 cars. Groundfloor: garage with washing machine. 1st floor: access by stairs outside with 15 steps.
Internal: living area: 170 m² aprox. with living-dining room with sat-tv (languages: spanish, french, english and german), access to the kitchen and to the covered terrace with views to the sea. Seperated, completely equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave, dish washer, oven, refrigerador with freezer, coffeemaker and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 bedroom with double bed, 3 bedrooms with 2 individual beds in each one of them. 2 bathrooms with bathtub, wc and wash basin. (all the windows in the bedrooms have mosquito nets)
Nice and large plot with large pool (9x4,5m) with built-in stairs, garden with palms, cipreses, built-in barbecue and covered terrace.
Only 5,5 km to the town centre of Calpe, 0,4 km to the sandy beach La Fustera, to Levantebeach and promenade in Calpe 2,5 km and to the next supermarket and restaurants only 0,4 km.
Extras:
It’s posible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90 € per stay. One animal is allowed, additional cost: 30 € per stay.
