The villa is situated in the urbanization La Fustera, quiet area very near the sand beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Ideal for families who do not want to go by car. The living area is about 190 m2 and the plot is about 800 m2.
Ground floor: Large living-dining room well furnished with TV sat/tdt, and access to the covered terrace and the pool area. Fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob, dish machine, micro wave, oven, Fridge-freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and cookware.1 large bedroom with double bed and sea view.1 bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin en suite.1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin.
1st floor: (access by internal stairs). Solarium with beautiful sea views and the pool area. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds with sea views and a bathroom with bath, wc washbasin lavabo en suite. 1 bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, wc and lavabo.
Outdoor: Large pool (9x4) with roman stairs, ducha exterior, portable barbeque and large terrace around the pool for sunbathing.
Short distance to the sand Beach of la Fustera (0,7 km). Supermarket and restaurant la Fustera (0,7 km). To the sand beach and Promenade Levante (3 km) Calpe (5,5 km).
Extras:
Pets under 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost of 30 € per stay. Extra person 90€ per stay.
