This apartment is absolutely stunning with beautiful sea view! An opportunity to rent a high quality front line apartment on the nicest beach of Marbella.

A wonderfully situated beachfront apartment is set within the exclusive Rio Real Playa area next to Los Monteros – home to Hollywood stars! Antonio Banderas and many international celebreties.

Rio Real Playa is a gated complex with 9 low rise apartment buildings right on the beach, which gives direct access to the beach and is situated only 3 kilometers from Marbella.
This ground floor apartment gives direct acces to the pool area, which in low season is heated. When entering the apartment you will find the sofa area to the right.

When passing through the living there is a dining area for 6 persons. The sliding doors from the living give acces to a 50m2 terrace and garden area, with uninterrupted views to the Meditteranean Sea.

To the left and right of the salon there are two bedrooms en-suite facing the beach. The fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances and the third bedroom en-suite are facing the mountain side. The qualities used include crème marble flooring, under floor heating in the bathrooms, a/c hot and cold and an alarm system.

A heated (only during low season) community pool is to be shared.
All in all a fantastic apartment for any holiday summer or winter.
Within easy driving distance to the most modern hospital on the coast and no more than 45 minutes drive to Gibraltar or Malaga airport.


Prices are based on 5 persons. 
 
Extra bed/sofa bed:
Possibility for 1 sofa bed(s) in this holiday home. Price Euro 75 including 1 set of bed sheets and towels. Ask the office. 
 
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for the entire stay is Euro 30 including 1 set of bed sheets. Ask the office.
 
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 12 p. person. Ask the office.

Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.

Normally closes Sierra Nevada in the first weekend in May.
