Near a huge pine-forest behind Roche in a quiet surrounding, abt. 5min by car from Conil and the beautiful beaches, you’ll find two attached bungalows (2x2) of each abt. 65m2 and one single house. They are built around a private swimming-pool-area with outdoor-furniture to relax in the sun and with showers.
The pool is abt. 6m x 10m large and 1,0m to 1,9m deep.
Each of the four houses has:
2 dormitories with each two beds, an American kitchen with washing-machine, refrigerator with freezing-compartment, microwave. The bathroom got a tub and bidet. In the living-room there are 2 sofas, a fireplace and a SAT TV with International channels.
Electrical-heating and a cot can been supplied on demand. Furthermore every house has a small own garden with a lawn, own garden-furniture for four persons and a nice outdoor-kitchen with barbecue.

Payment: 30% down-payment per transfer upon booking, 70% in cash in Euro against receiving the keys on arrival.
