Fantastic beach house, located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. The long Arenal Beach is located just across the street from the complex, so you can enjoy the view of the blue waters and white sands. The mountains, sea and beach make a gorgeous setting for a perfect holiday. The house disposes of a nice dining/living room with direct access to the big terrace with garden furniture. From here you can enter directly the well groomed commun garden with swimming pool for adults and an other smaller one for children. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need: microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all necesary utensils to cook. There is an extra toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 individual beds, a bathroom, a double bedroom with bathroom. The second floor offers an other double bedroom with double bed and terrace with spectacular sea views. This is a perfect house to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Costa Dorada.

Deposit: On arrival at the agency you will need to pay a deposit of €250 in cash. If the people renting the accommodation are a group of young people, the deposit will be €75 per person (minimum deposit €250). The deposit will be fully returned on departure once the apartment has been inspected by our personnel provided that no damage has been caused to the accommodation and that it is left in the same state it was found in.
