VENTURA PARK is a lovely apartment complex in the center of Salou. The building offers a well kept garden, swimming pool for adults with a secluded area for the kids and a play garden also for children. The building has an elevator and a special entrance for disabled persons. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all kitchen utensils. The living room offers a sofa bed and direct acces to the large terrace with garden and swimming pool views. There is air conditioning and an underground parking space. You can easily walk to the beach, situated at 350 meters. The tourist center with shops, bars and restaurants is situated at only 300 meters. This complex is situated in a very quiet area as there are no bars or discos in the same street.

Notes
On arrival at the agency you will need to pay a deposit of €250 in cash. If the people renting the accommodation are a group of young people, the deposit will be €75 per person (minimum deposit €250). The deposit will be fully returned on departure once the apartment has been inspected by our personnel provided that no damage has been caused to the accommodation and that it is left in the same state it was found in.
