Las Colinas
Turning of the road between Granada & Cordoba, a short drive along a picturesque mountain road leads to Las Grajeras, where you will find Las Colinas down a short track between olive trees.
Originally a farmhouse which has been beautifully renovated to provide quality accommodation, Las Colinas is surrounded by stunning views. The olive tree covered hills in the foreground lead your eyes to the more distant silhouettes of mountains. Las Colinas is very private, the nearest neighbor being a 5 minute walk down the track.
Accommodation
Our comfortable bedrooms are all on the first floor and include spacious modern en-suite shower rooms, consisting of shower, toilet and basin. Ample storage is provided with each room having a wardrobe and chest of drawers. For additional comfort all rooms include ceiling fans, window mosquito nets, radiators for the winter months.Three of the bedrooms, Verde, Marron & Naranja have double beds, the fourth Azul has twin beds. Also on the first floor is a balcony with seating, the perfect place to watch the stunning sunsets. Downstairs is a spacious lounge/ dining room and large well equipped kitchen. beyond the kitchen a second lounge with TV & DVD and downstairs bathroom.
Outside a vine covered terrace running the length of the house provides summer shade, up a step a further terrace incorporates the swimming pool and is ideal for sunbathing. Ample garden furniture and sun loungers are provided.
The enclosed garden also has several further seating areas, a pond and moorish style fountain.
Bose Ipod Dock-Wifi throughout – Enclosed parking – No smoking inside the house.

Having moved to Andalucia from England 3 years ago we consider our selves fortunate to be living in this beautiful unspoiled part of Spain.
After finding Las Colinas we embarked on the challenging & enjoyable task of transforming a rundown farmhouse. It is now a comfortable home with wherever possible a low impact on the environment.
On arrival we meet you personally and will be available if you need any assistance, also to share our local knowledge helping you make the most of your stay
