Magnificent Villa with private swimming pool for 10 people situated in the urbanization " La Fustera ", close to the beach, the restaurants and the supermarket. The villa has a large outside terrace where is the swimming pool and the BBQ.
The plot is closed, partially gardened and with trees of approximately 800 m ². The villa is built on 2 floors with a living area of approx. 250m ².

Main floor: (access by staircase) Ample lounge / dining room with Satellite TV (languages : French, English, Spanish and German) with exit to a small covered terrace and an opened terrace where are the swimming pool and the BBQ. Independent kitchen, totally equipped with vitroceramic plate, oven, micro waves, dish washer, Refrigerator with freezer, toaster and coffee machine. 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, toilets and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds.

Ground floor: (reaches by internal staircase). 1 large bedroom with 2 individual beds. 1 large bedroom with 2 individual beds and 1 bathroom with shower, toilets and washbasin.

2nd floor: (reaches by internal staircase). 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed with exit to the solarium with view to the sea and to the swimming pool. 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilets and washbasin in suite.

Distances and outside area : big swimming pool of 9x4m with roman staircase, outside shower and BBQ of masonry. Outside parking for 2-3 cars.
A short distance will allow you to reach the sandy beach (the fustera - 0,9 km), to the sandy beach of levante and Maritime Walk of Calpe ( 3,5-km) quite as in the supermarket and the restaurants 0,5 km as well as in the center of Calpe (5 km).

Observations:
There is a possibility of accommodating an additional person for a 90-€ cost for the stay. Admission of one pet for 30 € for the stay.
