A wonderful villa in a marvellous location and easily accessed from the road leading from the village of Cómpeta to the beaches of the Mediterranean. Beautiful views over the verdant countryside down to the coast. Less than ten minutes from the village and app. 20 mins from the coast.
The exterior of the property is very attractive with plenty of terrace space, including a covered terrace at the front of the house. The swimming pool is at the side of the property and has a wooden pergola forming an attractive place to sit and relax. The property has a very attractive garden and many olive trees. The land backs onto one of the lovely National Parks of Spain.

The refundable deposit will be paid with the second payment (6 weeks before arrival) and returned, once the property has been inspected, between 1 week and 10 days after the end of your stay, by bank transfer.
