A south facing 2 bedroom townhouse located on a quiet residential urbanization a communal swimming pool with child's paddling pool is a few steps away. The pool has an attractive grass and garden area which is enclosed.

Torrevieja has a large range of facilities such as a new shopping centre, boutiques, bars,restaurants, aqua park, bowling alley, casino and cinema complex just a short walk away. Dine at one of the many restaurants on the seafront promenade overlooking the marina. Walk along the beautiful beaches. For the golf enthusiasthas 5 18 hole golf courses.

Close to the city you will find the famous salt lakes with flamingos and a large bird reserve. The shopperaholic has the local friday market the biggest in Spain only a short walk away. If you're looking for a great holiday for the whole family look no further.

There is one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and glazed balcony containing a double bed settee, one twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes on the same level is the bathroom fully fitted. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, ironing facilities, airier, washing machine, micro wave and toaster.

There is a handy outside covered area and a downstairs W/C with hand basin.

The living area has satellite tv, dvd, video, leather settee and easy chairs. The living area leads to a glazed in veranda that creates the dinning room. The veranda can be opened to take full advantage of the south facing aspect. Outside is a patio garden with chairs and table.

A bit cramped for six

House advertised as sleeps six this would only work if two out of six are children, as they would have to sleep on a pull out bed that I doubt could take an adults weight, house clean and spacious, Lynda the lady who takes care of the house very helpful, my only complaint really would be that the upstairs where the bedrooms are is uncomfortably hot in my opinion air-con upstairs required my husband and myself had to sleep downstairs for the two weeks.
