A lovely three bedroom, two bathroom detached private villa in an area of Spain that is always green, sunny and perfect for peaceful or active holydays. The villa being on a 1250m2 plot has a large beautifully maintained mature garden, garage, plenty of parking and is only 5 minutes walk away from Javea Golf Club, 10 minutes drive to nearest beach or Javea town and about 15 minutes drive to Moraira. On very hot summer days you can enjoy villa’s own kidney shaped swimming pool finished with roman steps, or admire beautiful views of nearby Golf Course whilst savouring a glass of drink on the Naya. This villa has got secure gate and hidden security fencing with hedges for privacy, its own porch and a hallway leading to a lovely and bright open space living/dining area with two comfortable settees, a log/coal fireplace, TV with Spanish, German and Dutch channels and UK Sky, WiFi Broadband internet at full speed so you can use Skype and check your e-mails, DVD and CD players and coffee table. To the right of the sitting area there is a nice size dining table suitable for 6 people and perfect for meals indoors. For alfresco eating there is a patio table and chairs outside on the Naya and tables and chairs near the Pool House. Pool House also includes BBQ area with its own fridge-freezer, shower room with toilet and remote controlled awning for very sunny days. Villa is south facing so you will get the sun all day long and can enjoy it on high quality sun loungers provided. The bedrooms are all good size, with king size double beds that can be separated into two single beds. Master bedroom has got an en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage space in the wardrobes and dressing table. There are reading lights above each side of the bed, fan and air conditioning. The two smaller bedrooms both have air conditioning and have got plenty of storage, fans and bedside lights too and they are sharing a family size bathroom. All three bedrooms have got heavy wooden shutters on the windows. Kitchen is fully fitted with a large utility room on its side with fridge-freezer and washing machine.

Things to do in area:
Villa is situated in a quiet area away from busy towns, so a car is essential to get around. Javea Golf Course is only 5 minutes walk away, with its own restaurant, tennis courts and municipal swimming pool near by. Benitachell coastal caves are perfect for diving enthusiasts and pebbly beaches are great for sunbathing. Area is full of places suitable for hiking, trekking and walking. Javea town has a wonderful old town with its little winding streets full of shops, cafes and restaurants and a great food market full of fresh fish, fruit and vegetables. Javea beach is stretching for nearly 3km and is great for all family with ample of restaurants and shops on the Arenal. The local port offers sailing opportunities and beginners diving lessons. If you come with a family Benidorm’s multiple amusement parks are great place to go to: Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Safari Park Vergel or the Mundomar zoo.
