The House is decorated in Spanish style with Spanish TV has views to the sea and to pool the House is in a private urbanization La Zenia Sol II is on the Costa Blanca Orihuela Costa between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig property on furst floor of a terraced block of four downstairs and four upstairs apartments in the Spanish style, suitable for four adults The property is beautiful and comfortable, is 70m ² and contains a kitchen, living room (dining area, lounge, two bedrooms . Then there is the bathroom with bath / shower and toilet. the front is a covered patio and sun terrace from which you have morning Sun. The property also features air conditioning cold / hot, the house has shutters everywhere. The common pool is 10 meters. Sea and sandy beaches are within three hundred meters away. You can here nice walks along the sea. The airport of Alicante (El Altet) is 60km. Exit 763 (La Zenia) is 1 min from the house. . Private parking with automatic gates for the car you can park at the door, tenants will receive a remote control. Supermarket & bars & restaurants within walking distance & internet 50 ft house available all year you can be picked up from airport
