This exclusive apartment is located in the luxury and privated urbanization of Villa Gadea. The residential complex has a 24 hours a day security service. It is situated on the seafront in a quiet area of the Costa Blanca. The complex, surrounded by beautiful mountains, has 50,000 square feet of spectacular gardens, numerous pools and direct access to two beaches, with beach bars. You can go to the beaches on foot through the private gates of the estate. Around the urbanization there are two small playgrounds.
The apartment has spectacular views of the sea, mountains, gardens and pools of Villa Gadea. Each residential building has its own swimming pool with underwater lighting at night. All residential complex have gardens with decorative lighting at night.
