Pleasant summer villa for 6 people with private pool and panoramic sea and mountain views. The villa is situated in a very quiet area called Cucarres very near the centre of Calpe and its beaches. The plot partially enclosed is about 800 m2 with a few trees, a swimming pool and a barbeque area. The 200m2 are distributed on two floors, access by a few stairs.
First floor: Hall. A large bedroom with double bed and access to an opened terrace. Bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin en suite.
Ground floor: Access by internal staircase from the first floor. Large living/diningroom with TV satellite/TDT with see views,(internet wi-fi)tastefully furnished and Access to the covered terrace and pool area. Fully equipped open kitchen with gas hob, dish machine, micro wave, oven, Fridge-freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and cookware. 1 large bedroom with double bed and sea view. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and see views. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin.
Outdoor: pool (8x4) with roman stairs, large terrace with sun beds (4) masonry barbeque. A parking place on the plot.
A short distance from the centre of Calpe (2,5 km) to the beaches and the Promenade (Arenal-bol 3 km) supermarket (Mercadona – 2,5 km).
Extras:
Pets under 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost of 30 € per stay. Extra person 90€ per stay.
