Our Casa Karina stands 9miles from the centre of Valencia and beaches it is situated in stunning un spoilt country side. The country side is a mixture of numerous fruit groves , orange, lemon almond peach olive and grape.When in flower the groves fill the air with blossom scent. The villa stands in 1000sq meters of its own gardens filled with fruit trees , flowers and large lawn , our quests are welcome to pick the produce when in season.The villa has its own large pool (24x14) the pool has a full filtration system and underwater lights the pool has its own sun terrace.Casa Karina is in a small community of similar villas
The villa is detached . It has its own drive way that can house 10 family cars.
Casa Karina has 6 fully furnished bedrooms decorated in pastel colours all furnished & fitted with sun shutters the villa can sleep up to 12 people

Recently the villa has had a brand new kitchen fitted with marble work tops it has all the usual appliances. Gas hob electric oven , fridge ,freezer ect

A main bathroom is on hand with bath &shower and bidet , a second room has a toilet and wash basin ,make up mirror with lights ,vanity cupboards etc with electric shaver point. The living/dinning room is very large and airy with 8 seater dinning table and chairs , lounge suite TV , CD, DVD , video & playstation ect , feature fireplace.

The Living/Dinning room opens out onto 2 balustraded tiled patios for outdoor dinning or relaxing . scented by roses and jasmine .Patio doors opens out onto the second side of the villa onto a balustraded patio this terace is shaded by a huge palm and almond trees and scented with Jasmine on this patio the final days sun sets. . The front terrace is shaded by a veranda here the first sun rises perfect for that first coffee moment of the day

The kitchen also opens out onto a flagged patio area. were the visual backdrop is citrus and olive groves again orange and lemon blossom scent the air when in season The gardens have mature fig and almond trees and young orange lemon mandarin cherry grapefruit trees with numerous plants including roses ,
jasmine & Bougonvila A large lawn area is shaded by pine trees an ideal spot for a cool drink the gardens have a separate patio area for out door eating
a very large static tiled dinning table is shaded by a Spanish bean tree . The villa has its own 24x14ft pool with its own sun terraces. a brand new filter system as been fitted along with underwater lighting for that midnight swim !! and a roof terrace for that extra sun tan. Garden furniture to suit is on hand for the patios and pool the pool is fully enclosed by a new balustrade and locked gate for peace of mind . A static large BBQ and chimnery have been built for alfresco dining
As is common in the Valencia region the garden has its own Paellero ( a room with an open wood hearth for making Paella )
The villa and gardens over look almond grape peach and lemon groves it is perfect for quite walks taking in the surroundings
It is very close to El Bosque golf and counrty club voted the 5th best course in Spain . 3 other courses are close by . Also the world famous Valencia Cheste Ricardo Tommo racing circuit is 5 mins away which features formula 1 & world super bike races .You can also take a off road biking experiance close to the villa a experiance riding company off day packages taking you through the breath taking Valancia landscapes on tril bikes ( motofiesta.com ) The villa is also within easy drive 15/20 mins to the coast and blue flag beaches . It is close to villages for shopping and entertainment . The area around the villa is dotted with national parks , fishing lakes , horse riding centres. The city of Valencia is Spains 3rd largest city . This is the land of Oranges & Lemons , bubbling night life , parks gardens , shops & museaums , sight seeing and people with that warm Spanish style.
