Immaculate 3 storey air-conditioned villa with lounge/diner, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 cloakrooms, Sat TV, balconies overlooking the hill-side, massive games room with pool table and dart board, large pool terrace with BBQ , outside dining facilities, sunbeds and a huge private swimming pool (12.5m x 5.5m) all within a 5 minute drive of the Paseo Maritimo, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants of Fuengirola. The house is fully equipped with all linens and towels (except for beach/pool towels), all kitchen equipment and a cot and high chair for infants. Numerous golf courses are nearby, as are tennis clubs, gyms, water sports facilities such as sailing and diving, para-gliding, horse-riding etc. and within a 20 minute drive can be found some of the world's most glamorous resorts such as Marbella and Puerto Banus with its designer boutique shops, restaurants, bars and cafes overlooking the multi-million dollar yacht harbour, providing endless entertainment for those of us who are fascinated by the lives of the rich and famous. For culture vultures the Alhambra Palace in Granada, the Picasso Museum in Malaga and the historical architectural legacy of Ronda as well as many of Spain's famous "white villages" are all within an easy drive of the property. In winter, the stunning slopes of the Sierra Nevada are less than a 2 hour drive away. Saturday change-over day in high season, but more flexibility out of high season.

Notes
Please note, the 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable. Additional cleaning service may be available if booked in advance at a cost of 15 euros an hour. Final clean is included provided the house is left in a clean condition, any extra cleaning required in excess of 5 hours is charged at 15 euros an hour. A charge of .15 euros (or 10p) per unit is made for electricity used in excess of the free allowance of 100 units per week. Owner's decision regarding damages is final. Preferred changeover day is a Saturday during high season but we can be more flexible out of high season.
